Diary dates for applications

General grants are allocated following a Trustees’ meeting which happens in October or November each year. Children’s Summer Play scheme grants will be considered in May. Once you submit your application you should receive an email confirming it is being reviewed. Please check your junk folder if it doesn’t appear. If additional information is required, we will contact you further.

General Applications

The next general grant round is expected to open later in 2026. When a grant round is open, please check our General Application Guidelines before applying. The link to the form will only be made available on the guidelines page when the round opens. A total of 13 core cost general grants were awarded by the Trustees in November 2025. These grants will shortly be listed in the Recent Awards section. All applicants are notified of the outcome via email. We are sorry not to be able to  give individual feedback because of the large volumes of applications we receive.

Summer Playschemes

The Summer Playschemes grant round closed on Thursday 16th April 2026. Applications submitted after this time will not be considered. A total of 31 grants for summer playschemes were approved in 2025. A list of successful applicants has been posted in the Recent Awards section of the website.
